In addition, this area includes knowledge of the role of the case manager in addressing underinsurance or lack of insurance, charitable care, client training on health status and treatment options, counselling and psychosocial support, and clients` family environment and living conditions. With lawyer case management software, the days of using old-school paper tickler systems are long gone – replaced by convenient, automated workflows that you can easily create at the beginning of a case.
