I thought the fee for the service was limited to the cost of the service. I don`t understand what is being done to justify £84 to recover my mother`s will. I now want the will at a reasonable price, which I think is not £84. Since you haven`t responded to my email, I no longer believe you`ll provide help in time when needed.
